Refund Policy

Token purchases for VIZMA Design AI services are generally non-refundable once tokens have been consumed. We handle refund requests case by case.

Unused tokens

If you purchased tokens but have not used any, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with your purchase details.

Used tokens

Tokens that have been consumed for AI generation, video rendering, or any other service are non-refundable — the computational cost has already been incurred.

Technical issues

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side, tokens are automatically refunded to your account. If you believe tokens were incorrectly deducted, contact support for a review.
